Supaloc ® Selected for South Australian Super Schools

The South Australian Super Schools project involves the construction of six new schools by Pinnacle Education being a consortium between Hansen Yuncken, Spotless, Lend Lease and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Supaloc ® worked closely with the design and construction Teams to ensure the designs of the buildings not only achieved the brief of the South Australian Government, but also to ensure constructability, cost budgets, safety and the time critical time lines required.

Work on site commenced in December 2009 on a new Birth to Year 7 school at Blair Athol in Adelaide’s northern suburbs, with construction work on all super schools expected to be finalised in June 2010 to enable the first two schools to open as scheduled in October 2010.

A dedicated Team was established to provide an environment which supports a team approach to roles and decision making with accountability for the successful delivery of The Project to the client.

Project Goal:
To successfully deliver all aspects of The Project's for through effective monitoring and control of the projects activities in line with the Contract requirements and to ensure the end performance levels are within the agreed budget and contract conditions.
